Fence Guidelines:
Privacy Fencing is not allowed in the Cottages, Sanctuary or Estates sections.
Rental Restrictions: All lots must be owner occupied for a minimum of one year after each transfer of title. All leases shall be in writing and for a term of no less than 12 months. A copy of the lease shall be filed within the Association.
