Locally owned and founded in 2009, owners Blan Trollinger and Rick Cantrell relied on their previous experience in land development to lead them to the management of many community associations throughout Middle Tennessee today. Their development consulting experiences provided a unique stance that would allow Property Solutions of Middle Tennessee to assist homeowners’ associations with the understanding of not only their governing documents, but also their community’s infrastructure and maintenance.
